The vivid colours are gorgeous together in this painting! Hot brownish orange on his clothes and the intense soft bluish hues if the snow... It really makes the image "pop"!
There is some real energy in the pic, muchly thanks to the pose, his flowing hair and the expressive stern face, I think.
Only thing I could thing of that you might wanna look at, is that his green cloak is very static and not affected by any wind. While his hair looks like it is being ruffled by strong gusts of wind. It doesn't really add up for me. But maybe you already have a thought behind that? ^^ I'm curious to know.
Still, this is a really good work of art in my opinion!^^ I envy your expressive art skills!
